BTB Workout Log can be connected to an AI assistant so you can talk about your own training data: ask for a summary of last week, compare your lifts over time, log a workout by describing it, or import records from another app. The connection uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and is free.

| Permission | What it allows |
|---|---|
| Read exercises | List your exercises so new records reuse the same names. |
| Read workouts | Read your workout history (exercises, sets, weights, reps). |
| Import workouts | Add workouts, list past imports, and undo them. |
| Read training data | Read rows of your training tables, for example to look up a record before editing it. |
| Edit training data | Create, update, soft-delete, and restore your training records. |
In the BTB app, open the menu (☰) → AI Connection, find the assistant under Connected AIs, and tap Disconnect. You can also remove the connector from the assistant’s settings. Deleting your BTB account removes all AI connection tokens, logs, and import history.
